It All Started At Hope Street

Sticky Nikki’s grew out of the beloved Hope Street Farmstand right here in Klamath Falls.
What started as a simple addition to our fresh produce stand quickly turned into a runaway local obsession. Our cinnamon rolls became one of the farmstand’s most requested, lined-up-for, and celebrated products.
Every single week, customers kept asking us to make bigger, crazier, and more outrageous flavors. They wanted bourbon carmel drizzles, berry crumbles, churro dustings, and giant warm Bavarian pretzels to pair with them.
So instead of telling people to stop asking for warm cinnamon rolls…
WE CREATED STICKY NIKKI’S.
Now, Sticky Nikki’s is taking our giant brioche cinnamon rolls, hand-twisted 16-inch pretzels, and rotating weekly flavor creations on the road to weekly pop-ups, fairs, festivals, community markets, and private gatherings all across Klamath County and Southern Oregon.
